1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mio platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Mio is a social platform that enables users to share content, host live streams, join anonymous chat rooms, and earn “coins.” The Service is delivered through web and mobile applications.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
- Refrain from posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not misuse the Service, overload or manipulate systems.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Logging in with another person’s account or credentials.
- Using viruses, malware, or automated tools to damage the Service infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or promoting hate speech against others.
- Posting spam, chain messages, or fraudulent content.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain the copyright and other intellectual property rights in your content. However, by uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for any special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for subscriptions or transactions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account or stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Updated Terms take effect upon posting.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya, Turkey.
